Mental Health Music or M.H.M. is an independent musical project where I create pieces based on Mental Health issues and awareness. Pieces range from compositions created by only myself as well as borrowed beats and instrumentals from other artists that I add my own lyrics to. Genre's range from Folk/Indie to Hip/Hop to Spoken Word. This is a non-profit/strictly-for-fun project and as such, I do not own the rights to the instrumentals I have borrowed.
